Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced PL/SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
• Utilize Python scripting for automation, data cleaning, and advanced statistical analysis.
• Craft comprehensive data reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with remote teams to define data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources and systems.
• Document processes and methodologies with meticulous attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting tasks.
• Expert-level skills in PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Professional certifications in data analytics or related disciplines.
• Background in supporting cross-functional teams and driving data-informed decisions.
