Data Analyst

At haus & haus, we’re looking for a Data Analyst who understands how powerful data can be when it’s put to work across sales, marketing and strategy. You’ll translate insights into impact, helping us make smarter moves in one of Dubai’s most competitive markets. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, delivering market and performance reports and working with data from both external (Property Monitor) and internal sources to tell a compelling story about trends, market share and forecasting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage market data reporting by consolidating external data sources (e.g., Property Monitor) with our internal data to deliver insights.
• Develop, maintain and optimise interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize market trends, company performance and forecasting in a clear and compelling manner.
• Analyse real estate market data to identify patterns, opportunities and risks, translating complex data sets into meaningful business insights.
• Support sales and marketing teams by providing regular reports on market share, market updates and ad-hoc requests for report building based on internal data.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by validating data from various sources.
• Tell the story behind the numbers by contextualising data in a clear and concise format to aid decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and senior leadership to ensure data needs are met and insights are aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with the wider data team to understand internal data & reporting and work collaboratively on projects.

What Youll Need

• Minimum 5 year’s experience (Ideally in Real Estate).
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills - not just handling data, but understanding what it means.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all data shared is verified and correct.
• Excellent communication skills and able to confidently discuss reports and insights with senior leadership whilst being able to discuss findings with non-technical colleagues in a clear and relatable manner.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling and dashboard design.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, trends and performance drivers ideally within real estate.
• Experience managing structured datasets and ensuring data integrity.
