The Data Analyst and Reporting Administrator plays a crucial role in our organization's data-driven decision-making process. • Support management in making strategic decisions through data-driven insights and analysis.
• Translate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable format.
• Maintain and improve data collection systems and procedures for optimization and automation.
• Research and implement new technologies and tools that enhance data analysis efforts.
• Prepare and present findings using data visualization techniques to simplify complex information.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure the data infrastructure aligns with business objectives.
• Monitor and audit data usage and practices to ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or relevant field required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and big data technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information.
• Experience with SQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience translating complex data analysis.
