Data Analyst (225-701)

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in harnessing the power of data to drive insightful decision-making within our organization. Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret raw data from various sources for analysis.

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies.
• Utilize statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
• Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement in data management.
• Provide technical expertise and support for building predictive and prescriptive analytical models.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and advancements in data analysis tools.
• Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs and metrics alignment with business goals.
• Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role for minimum three years.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics software such as SAS, R, or Python.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction from databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills required.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and privacy best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
