We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Shipping department team. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in related field. 
• Experience with port documentation and processes
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good understanding of finance processes and systems.
• Fluent English – both in writing and speaking.

• Preparing PDA’s for enquiries, confirmed agency appointments and follow up on prefunding.
• Preparing and sending Final DA’s to clients.
• Preparing reports to senior management and clients, hereunder daily line ups.
