Job Title: D365FO Sr Technical Developer

Type: Fulltime

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical architecture and the Azure ecosystem.

• Collaborate with a team of 4-6 members during the implementation of large-scale Enterprise ERP solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders and department heads to analyze requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional and technical specifications.

• Provide high-level solution designs and development effort estimates while determining the best approach between standard functionality and custom development.

• Prepare and present functional and technical design documentation that converts business needs into implementable system solutions.

• Build and customize Dynamics 365 application components using .NET, X++, or other object-oriented programming languages when required.

• Develop and enhance classes, tables, form extensions, extend data types and base enumerations, and modify model elements to meet business requirements.

• Follow established development standards, best practices, and SDLC processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, particularly within SCM, Manufacturing, or Finance modules.

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Microsoft certifications related to Power Apps or Dynamics 365 Development are considered an advantage.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.

• Experience in designing and developing SSRS reports.

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, best practices, and project delivery frameworks.
