D365 FandO Developer - Reports M F D

A global digital solutions and technology consulting organization delivering large‑scale enterprise transformation projects. The company is seeking a D365 F&O Developer – Reports to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality financial and operational reports that support business decision‑making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom reports and reporting enhancements to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Create and modify report layouts, data models, and structured outputs aligned with user specifications and business workflows.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable, optimized technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues such as performance bottlenecks, data inaccuracies, and rendering errors.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for report logic, data structures, customizations, and change history.
• Continuously enhance reporting capabilities by adopting new features, improving data accessibility, and aligning solutions with business growth.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong experience developing custom reports and data-driven outputs using enterprise reporting frameworks and technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, and .NET, with strong understanding of data structures and report rendering logic.
• Familiarity with enterprise modules such as HR, procurement, inventory, and sales to support cross-functional reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving reporting and data performance issues.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across technical and functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
