D365 FandO Developer - Customizations M F D

A global technology and business services organization delivering digital transformation solutions to enterprises across various industries. The company is seeking a D365 F&O Developer – Customizations to design, develop, and enhance application components that support complex financial and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements across the application to meet evolving business requirements, including forms, views, workflows, and reports.
• Modify existing features and create new extensions that optimize usability, performance, and functional capability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues related to custom code, integrations, and system behavior.
• Maintain complete documentation for all customizations, configurations, and development activities to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Continuously enhance the application by adopting new features, improvements, and best practices to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience developing customizations using languages and frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET.
• Proficiency in modifying, extending, and tailoring enterprise applications to support modules across HR, procurement, inventory, and sales.
• Experience with solution design, debugging, performance optimization, and support of custom components.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with integration tools, data migration processes, and development standards is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications are beneficial.
