Customer Support Engineer- ELV

Job Title: ELV Customer Support / Solution Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: UAE

Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License / Car

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission ELV systems including CCTV, Turnstile gates, Access Control (ACS), AV, Intercom, and IP-based solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for government and enterprise clients.
• Design ELV solutions and prepare AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Conduct site surveys, system integration, FAT/SAT, and project handover.
• Manage ELV databases, configurations, backups, and system documentation.
• Support networking activities (IP addressing, VLANs, PoE, switches).
• Assist in tendering activities including BOQ preparation, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical compliance.
• Ensure authority approvals and compliance (SIRA / MOI / NESA / ADMCC or other relevant authorities).
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on ELV experience in government or enterprise projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, ACS, AV, and integrated ELV systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of authority regulations and approval processes.
• Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical / IT (preferred).
