About The Role.

To support our continued growth in The Middle East, we are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Lead who will play a key role in ensuring excellent operational experience for our key customers in the MENA region.
In this role, you will act as the main operational interface between our customers and internal teams. You will drive operational improvements, coordinate the Order-to-Cash process, and ensure that customer needs are translated into efficient and reliable supply chain solutions — all while keeping the Customer Obsession leadership principle at the heart of everything you do.
The role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, a proactive approach to continuous process improvement, and the ability to balance strategic customer relationship management with day-to-day operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Act as the primary operational contact for key customers and ensure a high level of service throughout all supply chain touchpoints — pre-order, order, and post-delivery.
- Manage the Order-to-Cash cycle, from order intake through to product delivery, to meet customer and market needs while avoiding stockouts or overstocking.
- Personalize and govern top customers' experience by identifying preferences and building effective SLAs, while continuously reviewing and improving them.
- Monitor and analyze customers' operational performance using shared best-practice scorecard measures agreed with key customers.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing units, shipping forwarders, and 3PLs to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Work with top customers to identify operational gaps and generate common, viable action plans to increase efficiencies throughout the chain.
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and cross-functional initiatives (NPDs, relaunches, logistics needs, regulatory requests, etc.).
- Attend and respond to customer queries and complaints, maintaining a speed-to-market attitude.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, ideally in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics.
- Experience in food sector market dynamics and knowledge of international trade barriers.
- Customer-facing experience with a clear customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, international logistics, and S&OP.
- Affinity with different supply chain operating models, systems, and technologies.
- Experience working with SAP, Power BI, and strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and organized — able to balance customer-facing and operational tasks.
- Confidence in navigating multi-region and multi-cultural nuances across the GCC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic and French are a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time within the GCC region.

About The Team.
You will be joining the McCain Middle East Supply Chain team, working within the broader MENA commercial and operations structure. This role reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager and is part of a team of four, collaborating closely with commercial, logistics, and demand planning functions to ensure seamless customer service delivery. You will be a critical connector between internal supply chain operations and top key customers across the region.
