At McCain Foods, we are passionate about delivering great food and creating strong partnerships with our customers. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Lead who will play a key role in ensuring excellent operational experience for our customers.
In this role, you will act as the main operational interface between our customers and internal teams. You will drive operational improvements, coordinate the Order-to-Cash process, and ensure that customer needs are translated into efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.
The role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and a proactive approach to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
Act as the main operational contact for key customers and ensure a high level of service throughout the supply chain.
Manage the Order-to-Cash process, coordinating activities from order intake through to product delivery to meet customer and market needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, production sites, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor operational performance and proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues or potential disruptions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders to improve collaboration and efficiency.
Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement in processes and customer experience.
Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Travel within the GCC region may be required, approximately 15% of the time.

About You
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics, preferably within FMCG.
Knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and order management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing environments.
Experience working with SAP, Power BI and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English while Arabic and French are plus.
You and your partner hold a valid work and residence permit for the MENA region with a minimum remaining validity of 12 months.
This is a temporary position with an initial contract of six months, with the potential for extension.
