YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our international fertilizer trading activities. You will coordinate documentation, invoicing, shipment follow-up and trade finance processes while ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Invoicing and ERP transaction processing
• Export documentation management
• Order execution and shipment monitoring
• Customer communication and support
• Trade finance and Letter of Credit administration
• Coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, banks and internal departments
• Month-end support and reporting activities
• Process improvement and documentation compliance

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, documentation or international trade
• Experience with export documentation and Incoterms is advantageous
• Knowledge of trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit and CAD is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced trading environment
