Role & Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries about products and services efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and their needs are met.
  
  

• Must-Have
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates
• Preferred
• Experience in import/export industry or related fields
