The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with government-related services, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients professionally in person, by phone, and via email

• Provide accurate information about government services, visa processes, and documentation

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently

• Coordinate with internal departments to process client applications

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions

• Ensure timely follow-up and service completion
