TAREEF GOVERNMENT TRANSACTIONS CENTER L.L.C is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with government-related services, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients professionally in person, by phone, and via email
Provide accurate information about government services, visa processes, and documentation
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Coordinate with internal departments to process client applications
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure timely follow-up and service completion
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
