An Iranian Female Customer Service Receptionist is pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and guests. The ideal candidate will not only be the face of the company, greeting all who enter with a warm and friendly demeanor, but will also handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the front desk. As a bridge between customers and the company, the receptionist must exhibit excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, while maintaining respect and adhering to cultural sensitivities. The role demands fluency in English and Farsi to cater to a diverse clientele, reflecting the company's commitment to inclusive service. The receptionist will manage inquiries, direct calls, schedule appointments, and provide information accurately. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive with professionalism.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone or email.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the right staff.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries accurately.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Update calendars and schedule appointments for meetings or client services.
  • Provide basic and accurate information on services or activities.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
  • Coordinate with administrative team on various tasks and projects.
  • Assist in preparing weekly reports and maintaining records of conversations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Farsi for effective communication with clients.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant preferred.
  • Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
