𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: Customer Service Representative for Etisalat e&

𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate etisalat products and services.

• Explain product features and benefits, and answer customer questions.

• Drive sales by effectively showcasing new products and upselling when appropriate.

• Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive customer feedback.

• Work towards achieving personal and team sales goals

𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙮: 3500 aed monthly plus additional incentives

𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮: Asians only (Philippines , Sri Lanka , Indian etc)

𝘼𝙜𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩: 29 years old below.

𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder

• Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa

• If you have Own Visa / Freelance Visa / Spouse or Husband Visa / Father-• Mother Visa - you need to cancel your visa when you receive your offer letter.

• Prior sales experience, preferably in telecom company (du , virgin mobile etc)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
