Job Description

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Warsaw office located at 48 Domaniewska Street (3 days from the office, 2 days from home).


The Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing seamless multi-channel support through phone, email, and live chat. As a vital member of our team, youll not only process orders and maintain customer data but also expertly handle inquiries and complaints with efficiency and finesse. Working in a vibrant multinational environment, you will collaborate across departments, forging strong connections with Sales, Operations, and Finance. As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in influencing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships, contributing significantly to the renowned high-level service that defines RS.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact, quickly and effectively resolving customer issues.
  • Handle inbound calls and deliver real-time support via Live Chat and e‑mail.
  • Create meaningful customer interactions that contribute to an exceptional service experience.
  • Consistently exceed expectations by maintaining high service standards.
  • Deliver support that leaves a lasting, positive impression with every customer interaction.


What You Will Bring

  • Fluent level of Czech language and good command of written and spoken English
  • Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to the changing environment
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
