Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media channels.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies accurately.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges when necessary.
  • Inform customers about deals and promotions efficiently and politely.
  • Maintain customer accounts and process necessary adjustments promptly.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary for optimal effectiveness.
  • Constantly update oneself with company products and services for effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience with track record of overachieving.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be an added advantage.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
