Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and a crucial link between our business and our customers. In this role, you will handle a wide variety of tasks such as answering customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and you will play a fundamental role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and provide swift resolutions will be essential. You will also assist in market research activities by soliciting feedback and conveying customers’ voices back to our internal teams. Your daily interactions with our clients will also involve cross-selling and upselling products, contributing directly to our sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in various communication channels.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a systematic and timely manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage complex customer issues and escalate to higher management when necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues across various departments for issue resolution.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
  • Interact directly with customers to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
  • Perform market research by soliciting customer feedback and relaying it to relevant teams.
  • Stay informed on product updates, system changes, and service offerings.
  • Contribute to team metrics by meeting customer service volume and quality goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain composure and deliver solutions under pressure.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other required software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and attentive demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
