As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the essential connection between our company and our esteemed clientele, ensuring that each interaction enhances our service reputation. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to change.
