  • Resolve product or service problems by understanding customer complaints thoroughly.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for consistency and effectiveness.
  • Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and efficiently handle multiple customer requests.
  • Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for efficient service delivery.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualifications are necessary.
