Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred for consideration.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations calmly.
