Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to empathize with customers, display patience and attentiveness, and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently and accurately.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets set by management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and quality of support.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and actively participate in training sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in relevant fields.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
