Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat platforms.

  • Identify and document customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred for consideration.
  • Proven experience working in a customer service role in any industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
