  • Stay updated with product information, system updates, and company offerings.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices for efficient data management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the capability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
