We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers when requested.
  • Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support consistently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues or concerns.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per company standards.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Regularly update self-service tools and online resources to assist customers better.
  • Strive to improve efficiency and service quality as part of a continuous improvement process.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach to customer issues.
