Job Description
· Handle
customer inquiries, complaints and escalated customer complaints to KHO
· provide
clear information about our products & service
· support
customers with orders or cancellations
· Follow up
with quality and operations teams and e-commerce and delivery company
· Collaborate
with cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
· Ensure TAT
is adhered
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 -
3 years' experience
· Excellent
communication skills
· Proficient
in MS office and CRM system
· Bilingual (
English & Arabic)
