Job Requirements

Provide excellent customer service and support daily operations across MAF Entertainment venues. At MAF Cinemas, ensure smooth cinema operations and high service standards. At Magic Planet, deliver a safe, enjoyable guest experience and monitor equipment operations. At Ski Dubai, support customer service functions, party room operations, and marketing activities as needed.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Deliver consistent high-level customer service across all MAF Entertainment venues in line with company SOPs.
  • Support daily operations across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Handle ticketing, sales, and bookings using system platforms, including upselling and promoting products and services.
  • Process payments accurately (cash, card, vouchers), issue receipts/refunds, and perform cash reconciliation and reporting.
  • Assist with guest services including inquiries, complaints, tours, and coordination of parties and events.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional standards while following health, safety, and management instructions.

Requirements

  • Physically fit and able to perform all required duties in a fast-paced entertainment environment across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues in English, with Arabic as an advantage.
  • UAE family book.
  • Customer service focused with at least one to two years of experience in customer service, food and beverage, or retail roles, and a minimum high school education.
  • Skilled in cash handling, basic computer use, attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, and able to follow procedures while applying upselling techniques and maintaining high service standards.
