Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of customer service software and CRM tools.
