Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to assist customers efficiently.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company database accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvement.
  • Assist in training new customer service staff as required.
  • Contribute to team meetings and suggest improvements in service operations.
  • Stay informed about product changes and updates to provide accurate service.
  • Meet performance targets and maintain service level agreements as outlined by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
