Job Description

A Customer Service Receptionist who is bilingual in English and Arabic plays a crucial role in representing the first line of communication for an organization. This role involves greeting clients and customers, managing incoming calls, providing assistive customer service, and offering information while upholding an empathetic and respectful manner. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information in English and Arabic.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns by clarifying issues and finding solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and distribute incoming mail and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filling, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by management on a regular basis.
  • Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives.
