We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our real estate operations in buying and selling property. The role involves handling client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients.
• Manage property listings and schedule viewings.
• Support negotiations and transaction processes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Candidate with own visa will be preferred.
• Candidate ready to join immediately will be preferred.
