As a Customer Service Executive in the Freight & Logistics sector, you will serve as the crucial link between our clients and our logistics operations.   • Resolve service issues by coordinating with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Evaluate and improve customer satisfaction levels by developing better service strategies.
  • Generate and analyze reports on service performance and suggest improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Educate clients on service offerings and best practices for logistics handling.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and refer them to the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with international and domestic freight regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of logistics proposals and presentations when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service within the logistics industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with international and domestic freight and logistics procedures.
