Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and a positive shopping experience. As a representative of our brand, you will assist customers with inquiries, purchases, returns, and provide support with product-related questions. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience promptly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and offer assistance regarding product details.
  • Handle customer transactions including purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions offered.
  • Assist in managing store displays and setting up promotional materials as needed.
  • Conduct inventory control activities to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Follow up with customer queries both in-person and through email or phone calls.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the checkout process is fast, accurate, and friendly for each customer.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store performance goals.
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer service and retail operations.
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with different personality types.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
  • Proficiency in operating point of sale systems and basic computer skills.
