Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries in various channels.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Offer accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by the company.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service changes to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
