Job Description

The Customer Service Associate is a vital member of any team, responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support.   • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
