  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management.
  • Assist in training new staff members in customer service best practices.
  • Promote and sell products and services to potential and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to work on weekends and flexible shifts as required by the business.
  • Proficiency in using computers and knowledge of CRM systems or practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
