The Customer Service Associate is a critical role within our company, focusing on delivering excellent service to our valued customers.   • Manage returns and exchanges efficiently, following company guidelines and policies.
  • Track customer interactions and transactions to ensure a seamless service process.
  • Prepare and process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
  • Stay up to date with system updates or changes in company protocol.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or any related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
