Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an asset.
  • Proven customer service experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with a desire for continuous learning.
