Job Description

Sunwest Global General Trading is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting customers with inquiries, package details, and sales support via phone and email.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide detailed information on packages, pricing, and booking processes
  • Assist customers with booking, changes, or cancellations of packages
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for up-to-date offers and promotions


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the bank.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
  • Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
