We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Agent to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers when requested.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely and correct delivery of goods.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve challenging issues collaboratively.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal team members.
  • Follow-up on customer interactions to provide a resolution and ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve targeted service levels and customer satisfaction goals consistently.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize CRM software to document and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
