Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues when needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Achieve personal and team performance targets consistently and effectively.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues or potential risks to management.
  • Conduct customer surveys to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new customer service agents to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture focusing on teamwork and achievement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
