Job Description

The Customer Service Advisor – Bilingual (English & Arabic) is a crucial part of our customer support team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service and support in both English and Arabic, ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and with utmost professionalism. The advisor will serve as the primary contact for resolving customer enquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to customer issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent bilingual communication skills, a deep understanding of customer service principles, as well as the ability to manage and navigate complex customer requests. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, this role is vital to leveraging our brand's reputation and fostering positive relationships with our diverse clientele.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in both English and Arabic.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely response.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Document and report customer issues, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Continuously update and manage customer information in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage and prioritize daily tasks based on customer demand and department priorities.
  • Assist in training new team members to uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Seek feedback proactively to enhance customer service skills and team performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes within the customer service department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex customer interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer queries.
