Job Description

A Customer Service Advisor – Bilingual (English & Arabic) is responsible for delivering top-notch support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a positive relationship between the company and its clientele. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse customer base, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information in both English and Arabic. Ideally, you exhibit excellent communication skills in both languages while demonstrating empathy and patience with customers. You are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout all interactions to ensure that customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. As a bilingual advisor, you play a crucial role in bridging communication gaps and improving customer retention.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to better assist customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and updates accurately in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  • Identify and report repeat issues to management for proactive resolution strategies.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even under challenging circumstances.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in delivering customer service.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance service quality.
  • Assist in developing standard responses and customer service scripts for higher efficiency.
  • Foster customer loyalty by addressing their needs and exceeding their service expectations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, both spoken and written forms.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management systems and other relevant software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
