Job Description

The role of a Customer Service Administrator is a dynamic and vital component within any organization, serving as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. This position involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to products or services. The Customer Service Administrator is expected to manage and maintain excellent customer experiences, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. This role requires a high degree of multi-tasking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate must be empathetic, patient, and possess a strong problem-solving ability to adequately meet the needs of the customer and enhance the reputation of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures.
  • Assist customers with their product or service knowledge inquiries.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Ensure the protection of customer data confidentiality at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer software platforms.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, bachelor's preferred.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-oriented philosophy.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
