Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry trends to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on customer relationship best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in every task.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
