Responsibilities

  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior management.
  • Create and update customer support documents to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training programs to improve customer service abilities.

  • Support the development and implementation of customer relationship policies.
  • Manage sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing positions is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
