Your Tasks

  • Manage and optimise customer supply chain operations, ensuring service levels, stock availability and new launches run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with customer supply chain teams, identify opportunities and implement best‑practice processes.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, supporting the team to achieve ‘perfect order’ performance.
  • Lead day‑to‑day communication on supply chain matters, developing strong relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Resolve delivery queries, identify root causes and implement improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports and provide insights to internal teams and customers.

Your Profile

  • We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive mindset, confident in working with SAP and Excel, and quick to adapt to new systems.
  • An effective communicator with proven analytical skills.
  • Skilled in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and achieving outcomes through collaboration.

As the Customer Operations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end‑to‑end supply chain service—from order receipt through to delivery—ensuring all customer operational targets are consistently achieved. You will cultivate strong customer relationships, champion supply chain best practices, and drive continuous improvement across order processes to enable efficient and reliable fulfilment.
