Job Purpose

We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our company as a Customer Loyalty Specialist. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting new customers shortly after onboarding to introduce the company, confirm policy details and ensure a smooth start. Your primary focus will be to conduct customer welcome calls and identify any early concerns or needs.

Job Description

  • Conduct outbound welcome calls to new customers
  • Educating clients about their insurance policies, introduce company services, features and support channels
  • Verify customer information and onboarding details
  • Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Collect feedback to improve customer experience

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory (Russian is preferred)
