The role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You will be passionate about customer service and committed to providing exceptional support via telephone, email and other communications. 
 
Working as part of a vibrant and friendly team, you will communicate with both trade and retail customers. Your role will involve handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting technical queries, and preparing quotations. Every day will be different, but you will consistently deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint. #IND

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and other communications 
Manage a high volume of daily customer enquiries efficiently and professionally  
Engage with customers in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner 
Actively listen and understand customer needs and concerns  
Strive to achieve  
Support inbound trade enquiries  
Prepare and manage customer quotes  
Answer Client questions via email
Follow up with potential clients via cold calls
Maintain up to date and accurate records of our customers within our CRM system #IND

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must have a minimum 1 year customer service experience 
Excellent verbal and written communication  
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently  
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
